This role is responsible for:

  • Leading the strategic planning, growth & development of the pediatric and maternal services in the greater St. Louis Region, as well as supporting quaternary services throughout the system
  • Expansion plans for new programs, services, physician clinics and new partnerships
  • Partnering and serving as a member of the campus executive team at Cardinal Glennon
  • Partnering as part of the larger strategy & business development team in the St. Louis / Southern Illinois Region

Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • 5-7 years in strategic planning, business development, leadership roles in a matrixed health care organization
  • Experience in pediatrics and maternal service line development
  • Nimble, confident, creative and upbeat leader eager to learn each day
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment, often with a large deal of ambiguity
  • Engaged leader that can create aligned teams across many departments, operational, physician leaders and partnered organizations
  • Analytical thinker, can manipulate, interpret and distill data readily into story telling and actionable growth
  • Executive level presence, advanced speaking and presentation skills

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education


EXPERIENCE

  • Seven years' experience, with two years' in leadership

In the role of strategy & business development director based at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital, you would serve as the regional lead for pediatric and maternal strategic growth across the region.
